InquiryPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of InquiryPilot (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

InquiryPilot is an AI sales-assistant that helps businesses answer inquiries across WhatsApp, email, website chat, and Facebook/Instagram Messenger, background-check leads, and manage conversations. Features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any channel credentials you connect.

3. Acceptable use

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected, per channel account. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase for the features described at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where required.

6. AI output and no guarantee

The Service uses AI to generate suggestions and replies. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. InquiryPilot is a sales-assistance tool and does not guarantee any sales outcome, and does not replace your own commercial judgment, contracts, or compliance obligations. Sensitive actions (final quotes, payments) are routed to a human by design; you remain responsible for reviewing and for the conduct of your business.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide and of your end-customer conversations. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Notices · Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InquiryPilot's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

10. No performance or earnings claims

Any figures, examples, calculators or screenshots on our website are illustrative and describe what the Service does — they are not a prediction or guarantee of the results you will get. Where we cite our own experience, we say so. Your results depend on your traffic, product, pricing, market and follow-up. We make no earnings or revenue claims.

11. Third-party platforms and trademarks

The Service connects to third-party platforms (for example WhatsApp Business API providers, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, email providers, and AI model providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them and for any fees they charge. Availability of those integrations may change if a provider changes its rules or API.

WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. InquiryPilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to describe compatibility.

12. Outreach and messaging compliance

If you use outreach or follow-up features, you are the sender of those messages. You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, for honouring opt-out requests, and for complying with all applicable laws and platform policies (including anti-spam, telemarketing and data-protection rules in the recipient's country). We provide rate controls, business-hours sending and automatic opt-out handling to help, but we do not verify your consent records. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.

13. Operating entity

InquiryPilot is operated by Tianjin Lizhong Yuanli Network Technology Co., Ltd. (天津市利众愿力网络技术有限公司), a company registered in the People's Republic of China. Contact: support@getinquirypilot.com. Our registered address and registration number are available on request at the same address.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed in good faith by negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction at the place where the operating entity is registered (Tianjin, PRC).

If a mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rule in your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in this clause removes those rights, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where that law so provides.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
